I love coming here. The food is fabulous. The wait time was fast for ordering and receiving our food. The employees were light hearted, fun, and very friendly. This Santiago's is what the definition of team work looks like.

It was pretty good this year making my stop while visiting family in Colorado. We visited ft.lupton restaurant. The bean and cheese burrito was smaller then I expected !

I was pleasantly surprised at the extent of the menu for such a small place. We had breakfast there, and the burritos were way bigger than expected also. Great food Good job ladies!

Have been eating at Santiagos since it opened. Carmen's restaurants use family recipes passed down from her parents and grandparents. The chili is wonderful!
